Art of Flight Golf was created by golfers for golfers. We wanted to create a facility with everything you need to Practice, Train, and Play the game you love year-round. Building our flagship facility at Bethlehem Golf Club was important as it has deep roots in the Lehigh Valley community. We are excited to deliver an experience that redefines what is possible to achieve in a simulator environment.
Art of Flight Golf is not your traditional simulator facility. We aspire to establish a fun and relaxed environment for golfers of all levels. We offer indoor golf simulation, lessons, golf fittings, and golf-specific fitness training.
As we expand, we are looking for team-oriented employees who help continue providing outstanding customer service.
We are seeking staff members responsible for all aspects of the customer experience, including setting up customers on the simulators and getting prospective clients booked with our instructors.
Responsibilities include the following:
Create bookings and manage our booking software
Answer phone calls
Provide high-quality customer service
Provide tours of the facility
Set up customers on the golf simulators
Sell Memberships and book prospective clients with instructors
Ensure the customers are enjoying their golf experience
Conduct basic simulator maintenance and troubleshooting
Ensure the technology is working properly
General cleaning and upkeep of the facility
Provide content to marketing coordinators for social media purposes
Assist in marketing efforts, including demo days at the driving range and tournaments on the course
Assist in the management of programs, including leagues and special events
Required Qualifications: Golf and/or customer service/hospitality experience is encouraged.
Hours could vary but include Monday through Thursday, 3-9 pm, Friday, 3-10 pm, and some weekends.
