STARTING POINT: WHAT IS HOLDING YOU BACK?
Physical limitations often result in inefficient movements, leading to decreased power, reduced swing speed, and inconsistent ball striking. The TPI golf screen involves a comprehensive physical assessment of 16 critical movement patterns that directly impact your golf swing.
This screening process will pinpoint any physical limitations or imbalances that might be contributing to one or more of the 12 most common swing faults in golf.

How can our Golf-Specific Fitness Coach Improve Your Game?
Improved Performance
Golf-specific fitness training focuses on developing the physical attributes and movement patterns necessary for an efficient and effective golf swing. This training helps golfers generate more power, increase clubhead speed, improve accuracy, and enhance overall performance on the course.
Increased Consistency
Our training is tailored specifically to develop stability, balance, and flexibility for golfers. This improves consistency in swing mechanics, resulting in more accurate and repeatable shots.
Injury Prevention
Golf involves repetitive motions that strain specific muscle groups and joints. We focus on strengthening these areas, increasing flexibility, addressing imbalances or weaknesses, reducing the risk of injuries, and promoting longevity in the sport.
Enhanced Endurance
Golf rounds can be physically demanding, especially when played over several hours. Golf-specific fitness training improves cardiovascular endurance and overall stamina, allowing golfers to maintain focus and perform at their best throughout the round.
Mental Benefits
Golf-specific fitness training improves physical performance and has positive effects on mental well-being. Regular exercise releases endorphins reduces stress and enhances cognitive function, leading to improved concentration, decision-making, and overall mental resilience on the course.
