Golf-Specific Movement Training is a specialized regimen designed to enhance your physical capabilities. It is specific to golf and is for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
Our Golf Training Sessions focus on three key areas to play consistent, pain-free golf.
1. Mobility: Improve your range of motion to achieve smoother, more fluid swings. Enhanced mobility helps you execute more precise shots and reduces the risk of injury.
2. Stability: Build a solid foundation with exercises that strengthen your core and lower body. Increased stability allows you to maintain balance and control throughout your swing, leading to more consistent and powerful shots.
3. Speed: Develop explosive power and speed through targeted drills and conditioning. By increasing your swing speed, you can hit the ball further with greater accuracy.
Together, these elements create a comprehensive training program that refines your technique and optimizes your physical performance on the golf course.

INTRO TO BETTER MOVEMENT
Physical limitations often result in inefficient movements, leading to decreased power, reduced swing speed, and inconsistent ball striking. The TPI golf screen involves a comprehensive physical assessment of 16 critical movement patterns that directly impact your golf swing.
This screening process will pinpoint any physical limitations or imbalances that might be contributing to one or more of golf’s 12 most common swing faults.

Chris Carullo
With over 20 years of training experience, Chris holds an associate’s degree as a Physical Fitness Specialist from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. He received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from West Chester University. He holds numerous certifications, including Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Sports Performance Coach from USA Weightlifting, Level 1 Kettlebell Athletics Coach, and Titleist Performance Institute Coach.
Upon graduating college, Chris opened up Liven Up Fitness, a personal training facility in Bethlehem, PA. After a decade of successful ownership, he decided it was time for his next venture, Art of Flight Golf. TPI Certified Coach Chris Carullo offers golf-specific fitness training focusing on improving movement quality, strength, mobility, power, and injury prevention. Golf is a high-skill activity that presents unique challenges to the body.
